On December 23th and 24th 2019, the Center for Education Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Ha Noi (VNU-CEA) organized the Training Workshop: “Improve higher education governance capability to meet the national and regional education quality assessment standards” for Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE).
The delegations joined the opening ceremony including: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Minh – Rector of HNUE; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quy Thanh – Rector of the University of Education (speaker); Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien – Standing Vice Director of the VNU-CEA; and 35 delegates including leaders, administrators, QA staffs and lecturers from HNUE.

The workshop focused on core issues of overall quality management; university governance; building development strategy of educational institutions; building internal QA and external QA systems; renovating the learning outcomes and developing the curriculum, etc. Delegates also practiced in order to have the basic theoretical knowledge in developing programs, building outcomes, ...

The training workshop will continue to be held in 2020 on a larger scale in order to improve university governance capacity and build a quality culture in the new period.
