| On May 25, 2022, the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies
in Higher Education (INQAAHE) held the first General Assembly meeting of 2022 (online)
under the chair of Dr. Deborah Adair - 8th President of INQAAHE. On
behalf of VNU-CEA, attending the meeting as a full member of INQAAHE were Dr.
Ta Thi Thu Hien - Director and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Toan - Vice Director. At this meeting, members have heard, discussed and approved the Annual
Report 2021 (which includes the Financial Statements 2021), the Budget for 2023
and 2024, and Minutes of all General Assembly meetings held in 2021.  INQAAHE
Board members moderated and reported in the meetingINQAAHE was established in 1991 with only 8
members. Today the total membership exceeds 350 members. The mission of INQAAHE
is to promote and advance excellence in higher education through the support of
an active international community of quality assurance agencies. In order to
achieve this goal, the network focuses on the development of the theory and
practice of quality assurance, the exchange and understanding of the policies
and actions of its members, and the promotion of quality assurance for the
benefit of higher education, institutions, students and society at large. In
