On 16 August 2022, the 2022 ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN) Annual
General Meeting (AGM) was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with the participation
of 10 countries in the region. Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien - Director of the Center for
Education Accreditation - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-CEA)
represented the VNU-CEA to attend this Meeting as an associate member of AQAN. Delegates attending the 2022 AQAN AGM The AGM focused on reporting the activities and
achievements of AQAN and ASEAN Young Quality Assurance Officers Network (AYQON)
- of which VNU-CEA is permanent member, AQAN-SHARE joint programme and updates
on current state of play and upcoming EU programming for ASEAN by EU-SHARE, … The AGM also elected the New Executive for the
term 2020-2023 including: Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Malaysia -
President; National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT),
Indonesia - Vice President; and 03 members (Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA),
Malaysia; Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Philippines and Office for National
Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA), Thailand. On the same day, VNU-CEA attended the AQAN-SHARE
International Conference on Quality Assurance in Post-Pandemic Times. At the
conference, the delegates discussed challenges and impacts of the Covid-19
pandemic on external quality assurance activities, adjustments in the
implementation of external quality assurance activities response to pandemic
and post-pandemic contexts and good practices in this regard. Some photos of the AGM and
