prepare conditions for the Actual Site Visit.

such as: checking documents and evidence, inspecting facilities, working
conditions, library, laboratories, ect, interviewing stakeholders, working with

external assessment report of the
University. This report also gives important recommendations for Hong Duc
University to overcome the shortcomings to improve the quality of them.
