On November 21, 2024, the Youth Union of the Institute of Education Quality Assurance organized the 5th Congress of Delegates of the Youth Union of the Institute of Education Quality Assurance, term 2024 - 2027, with the participation of nearly 30 delegations. The Congress elected MSc. Phung Xuan Du holds the position of Secretary of the Youth Union of the Institute of Education Quality Assurance. 
Overview of the congress Attending the Congress, on behalf of INFEQA and VNU-CEA, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nghiem Xuan Huy, Director of INFEQA; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien, Director of VNU-CEA. On behalf of the VNU Delegation, there were Nguyen Thi Viet Linh, Deputy Secretary of the VNU Youth Union Delegation; Nguyen Kim Tung, Specialist of the VNU Youth Union Delegation Office. In addition, there were representatives of the Youth Unions of units under the VNU Delegation such as the VNU Adminisation, VNU-CET, the International Faculty of Francophone, etc., along with all the Youth Union members of the Institute for Educational Quality Assurance.
