Overview of the Seminar Associate Professor Dr. Tạ Thị Thu Hiền, Director, and Associate Professor Dr. Đinh Văn Toàn, Deputy Director and Chairman of VNU-CEA’s Education Accreditation Council, co-chaired the workshop, and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Đinh Văn Dũng - Vice President of VNU-CEA‘s Management Council. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tạ Thị Thu Hiền, Director of the VNU-CEA, delivered the opening speech at the Seminar. With extensive experience as an assessor and as a Lead Assessor and Training Specialist of the ASEAN University Network - Quality Assurance (AUN-QA), Dr. Nguyễn Huy Phúc offered a highly insightful presentation. Drawing on both domestic and international practice,He shared key principles, practical approaches, and lessons learned in measuring and evaluating program learning outcomes. His presentation addressed major topics, including strategies for developing PLOs, models for assessment and evaluation, methods for collecting and analyzing data on the attainment of PLOs, as well as approaches for measuring course learning outcomes. .jpg)
Dr. Nguyễn Huy Phúc in his speech he seminar provided an opportunity for lecturers, experts, and quality - assurance officers to exchange and share experiences, update on new approaches, and harmonize methods for implementing evaluation of training-program learning outcomes - one of the important requirements under the academic program assessment standards as stipulated in Circular No. 04/2025/TT-MOET. Through this seminar, the event contributed positively to improving professional capacity and strengthening competencies in developing and enhancing training programs for assessors and quality-assurance staff at higher-education institutions. .jpg)
