On September 03, 2025, VNU Center for Education Accreditation organizes a Consultation Workshop on Detailed Guidelines for Assessing Training Programs as stipulated in Circular No. 04/2025/TT-MOET. The workshop was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, with attendees including members of VNU-CEA’s Education Accreditation Council, accreditors, experts in quality assurance and accreditation, and representatives from educational institutions.

VNU-CEA has been developing Detailed Guidelines for Evaluating the Quality of Training Programs in accordance with Circular 04/2025/TT-MOET. This consultation workshop was organized to gather feedback from relevant stakeholders, aiming to further refine the guidelines as stipulated in Circular No. 04/2025/TT-MOET. These guidelines, developed by VNU-CEA, serve as a reference document for assessors and educational institutions in evaluating the quality of training programs at various levels of higher education.

At the workshop, Associate Professor Dr. Tạ Thị Thu Hiền, Director, presented a detailed overview of the quality assessment standards for training programs at various levels of higher education, as outlined in Circular 04/2025/TT-MOET. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Tạ Thị Thu Hiền introduced the draft Detailed Guidelines for evaluating the criteria and conditions within these standards, developed by VNU-CEA. These guidelines provide specific tools to support accreditors and higher education institutions in their quality assessment activities for training programs.

At the workshop, delegates also had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Nguyễn Huy Phúc, Head of the Testing and Quality Assurance Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, present a report and share practical experiences in implementing the evaluation of the two condition criteria, 1.3 and 1.6

The Consultation Workshop organized by VNU-CEA concluded successfully. Contributions from experts, managers, and representatives of educational institutions provided valuable perspectives, aiding in refining the guidelines to ensure practicality and feasibility in their application. VNU-CEA highly appreciates the feedback from delegates and will compile and finalize the guideline document post-workshop, aiming to issue the Guideline Set as soon as possible.
